Return Policy


Overview


It happens. Every so often, for whatever reason you find that the product you bought needs to be returned. Sometimes this includes courier damage and just simply changing your mind.

Why

We accept returns for replacement or refund subject to the terms outlined on this page.

Refund is offered in cases where repair or replacement would be considered not economically viable

How Long

You have up to 28 days from the day your order lands to contact us to arrange a return. It is the buyers responsibility to cover carriage costs.

All returns must be received within seven (7) days of contacting us or will be void

Please send all returns to;

Filing a Return

The first thing to do is make contact with us via email at;

where we will note your case and discuss the best method for returning your product.

You will need to make sure that your product reaches us within seven (7) days of opening your ticket or you may risk voiding your return case. A tracking number is advised for your own piece of mind.

Upon receipt of your consignment we will open and inspect the product. Should we find that any damage has been the fault of the user, through either negligence or misdeed, all warranties implied or other, are null.

Payments and Refunds

Refunds are issued after other avenues have been exhausted and where the product is found to be defective or otherwise warrants a refund.

Refunds are always issued however they were received. Card payments will be issued back to your card and PayPal payments will be issued via PayPal
